New Forest trip

We are having a Woodcraft Folk weekend trip to the New Forest from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th October, staying at Lampton Lodge, a converted village school that is run as an out-of-town centre for young people. Lampton Lodge is on the northern edge of the New Forest in the village of Godshill, near Fordingbridge. It accommodates 20 people in small bedrooms, each with 2 to 4 beds, and has a well-equipped kitchen, showers and a large common room.
The weekend will be organised in much the same way as a camp - we will cook and eat communally and take part in a programme of Woodcraft activities, outdoors during the day and in the common room in the evenings.
The cost of the weekend will be £30 per person, which will include accommodation, food and activities. Children do not have to be accompanied by their parents, but we will need a sufficient number of adult members on the weekend to help supervise the children. We encourage car-sharing and expect passengers to contribute towards the cost of travel.
